It’s very clean, it’s new. Everyone is was very welcoming and nice. There is firepit and a bar. A gazebo. We were two groups and everyone is highly satisfied. We will definitely come back. Thank you for your accommodation

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a great Central location and beautiful property. The staff was EXTREMELY pleasant, helpful and very kind. The rooms are absolutely adorable. We enjoyed the bike rides, the little Cafe down the street, the pool/jacuzzi area was great. Unfortunately it rained so we didnt get to experience the food bar area outside but we would definitely stay there again. Very happy with our pick.

Thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at the freebird, which has a nice quirky vibe and was ideal for our whistle-stop tour of the cape. Room was spotless and welll equipped.

The hotel has pool and jacuzzi which I don’t care to use others may enjoy! Have fire pit which was nice. They sell alcohol beverage and pizza which others may enjoy. The check in clerk was very nice. Room well maintained the floors could use an additional sweep. I’m very conscientious clean person. Was nice: good area for a couple of good restaurants.

The rooms were so clean and the beds were so comfortable. The amenities with the indoor and outdoor pool were great . The fire pits at night were so relaxing. So close to everything especially the Water park right across the street. Would definitely stay here again. Staff so friendly and welcoming.

Don't hesitate to book at the Free Bird Motor Lodge. We had a wonderful stay. Staff was amazing, kids loved the pool and the bikes and its conveniently located. Only thing I wish the food truck was open for lunch.

This was such a fun place to stay and everyone was fun, friendly, helpful and made the whole experience perfect. I highly recommend staying here. The pool was perfect and the mini bar, Dirty Bird, was a nice perk. I lost an air pod in my room. I called, they found it and mailed it to me without charging me anything. I call hat great service.

We checked in on July 2, 2026, and our first impression of the Freebird Motor Lodge couldn't have been better. The property has a fun, fresh vibe with clean, colorful décor that immediately sets the tone for a relaxing Cape Cod getaway. The location is fantastic close to everything while still feeling like the perfect place to unwind. What really made our arrival stand out was the staff. Charmin greeted us with a warm smile, was personable, informative, and genuinely funny. She made check-in quick, answered all of our questions, and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Friendly staff like Charmin truly make a difference and add to the overall experience. We're so glad we chose the Freebird Motor Lodge and are looking forward to enjoying the rest of our stay!

Pool, Hot tub and staff were all great. I just had a hard time with the musty, mildewy smell in the room. Maybe it needed aired out? Maybe there was some mold around the AC unit? If that is addressed, Freebird would be a great place to spend the weekend on Cape Cod.

We had a miserable stay at Freebird. The property itself was great: clean, fun, with a really nice pool and fire pit area. Unfortunately, all of this was overshadowed by the evening staff member, whose behaviour was incredibly unprofessional, rude and quite frankly, racist. Our check-in with another staff member was fine. From then on, every interaction with the evening staff member was a nightmare. We had issues with no hot water and pressure. When I raised these concerns, he was completely dismissive, simply writing them on a note without saying anything further. When I asked if he would look into the issue, he sarcastically replied, "I think we'll keep it a secret." My parents, next door, also had a very loud fridge disrupting their sleep. Since they had items needing refrigeration, unplugging it wasn't an option. When they asked him to take a look, he was dismissive and disrespectful, even closing the door in my mother's face while she was still speaking. Most troubling was the stark contrast in how he treated my partner when he didn't realize she was part of our party. Suddenly, he was polite, attentive and infinitely more accommodating. My partner happens to be a different race, and clearly the one he prefers. The disparity was striking and made his racial bias evident beyond all doubt. No guest should be subjected to this level of disrespect. Because of this staff member, our experience at Freebird left a deeply sour impression. They did not respond when notified.
