My only word of caution is if you are an over-packer like I am, maneuvering a heavy suitcase up that spiral staircase is a bit of a challenge, but if you pack sensibly, you'll be fine. "This is a nice quiet motel in a very small community. The owner went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. Offered suggestions for dining, offered to help with luggage, and ensured we were comfortable. The rooms are very dated, but the friendliness and kindness of the owner more than makes up for it! AC was cold, fridge was great to have, and the bed and pillows were absolutely perfect! Keurig coffee in the lobby with fresh creamer was always available, which was a wonderful amenity! Just a short 30 minute drive to Letchworth State Park (Grand Canyon of the East) is a must do! Kudos to the owner, he is a real gem!!"
