The clue is in the name. This villa is all about the views which overlook the beautiful Caribbean Sea, revealing every shade of blue. If you’re looking for vacation escapism, the location couldn’t be better. Nestled privately into one of Tortola’s emerald mountainsides, but just a 5 minute drive from your local white sand beach and its beachfront restaurants. Our only warning - it might be hard to leave... LIVING AREAS: The main pavilion greets you with an airy open-plan kitchen, dining and living room. A sociable space, perfect for preparing meals whilst chatting with friends or sinking into the sofas and watching the 50’’ flat screen SmartTV (complete with FLOW Cable and DVD Player). If work calls, the hi-speed fibre internet allows for effective and reliable remote work with a killer ocean view. The whole room is air-conditioned & fully screened. If you’d like to dine or work with the add-on of an ocean breeze, then the fully screened outdoor dining area is where you’ll want to set up camp (bug free!). BEDROOMS: 1) A sun-filled stroll past the pool will take you to the second pavilion and upstairs you'll find two bedrooms. The primary suite's elevated position makes for even more incredible views of the surrounding islands from your private balcony and morning coffee spot. Comfort is key, and a king-sized bed, built-in hardwood closets, 32” flat-screen TV with FLOW cable and ensuite bathroom will make you feel right at home. A really special feature is the outdoor stone shower – a blissful place to start or end your day. 2) Adjacent to the primary is a queen room and ensuite. This room is perfect for children who need to be close to the master suite as they can easily enter through the connecting door. Alternatively, this bedroom can act as a separate self-contained suite as the door can be locked and the room accessed from a separate entrance. It also has a small refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven for complete privacy. You’ll also be treated to a private sun deck with relaxing seating area. 3) In the main pavilion off the entryway, you’ll also find a spacious king bedroom suite complete with built-in closets, an ensuite bathroom with shower and stunning views just at the foot of your bed. STEP OUTSIDE: Surrounded by rustling palms and blooming bougainvillea, a 26 x 11-foot pool takes centre stage. Sunken into a neutral stone brick deck, the ledge running the length of the pool is an idyllic place to sit with a book or enjoy a glass of something cool and refreshing. You’ll find plenty of seating and lounging areas on the pool deck, for both sun and shade bather alike. All of course, with stunning azure vistas. POOL: There's a pool heater that's available on request for an additional charge of $50/day, guests often like this option during the winter months, Dec - March). AC: There is both AC & ceiling fans throughout WIFI: There is Wifi throughout GENERATOR: the automatic-start generator is a great plus for any pesky power outages HOUSEKEEPING: is once every 5-7 days. High enough to offer stunning views from all areas of the home, close enough to the shoreline to hear the beautiful ocean wave sounds at anytime of the day or night when outside or when windows or doors are opened. Within 5 minutes of 4 really good restaurants too. Quaint and clean and perfectly updated with furniture and kitchen amenities. Granite and high ceilings with terracotta floor tile throughout. The home just make you relax and smile. Wifi and all appliances worked well. Full home A/C kept all rooms very comfortable during the warmer afternoons. Pool area spacious and very well maintained. The home was only surpassed by the management company personnel. Sam and team goes to length to ensure your check in goes smoothly, personally guiding us to the property on day one, as the roads can be a bit confusing upon initial arrival. They followed up several times throughout our week stay to ensure our needs were being met. Truely one of the best managers weve encountered during out many VRBO stays. There was a warm welcome from start to finish. Upon booking, we had immediate access to the host and resources to prepare for the trip. On arrival, we were greeted by the team and shown around the home to ensure we were set up and to answer any questions. The home itself was set up perfectly to accommodate multiple guests and great for a group with plenty of space, towels and amenities. It was very clean and many clean and their attention to detail made the space liveable for an extended stay. We loved how the home felt authentic to the caribbean island with natural materials, beautiful decor and amazing windows for a fresh breeze. The views from the home were the most memorable from every room in the house and waking up overlooking Long Bay was spectacular! The only trade off these wonderful views are the winding and quite rustic roads leading up to the home. Prepare for a workout walking up and down. Another thing to note and most likely dependent on the season, but the pool area was in the shade most of the day except for an hour in the morning. Overall, we would recommend a visit to Azure Vista or another home from Villas of Tortola. ##### Alex K. The layout was perfect for us and the views were spectacular. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool at the end of each day after coming home from a long day on the beach. They helped arrange our rental car for us and Pinky met us in town to lead us to the home the first day. The house setting is beautiful but I would highly recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle for the uphill hairpin turns drive. House is as described and very nice. Kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of bath and pool towels. There were a couple issues that were addressed but not able to be fixed during our weeklong stay. (Leaking toilet and one shower handle was difficult to control temp and turning off). We enjoyed the recommended restaurants- Bananakeet, D’Coal Pot, and Sebastian’s on the beach. Also tried Sugar Mill and Myetts and 1748!!!! ##### Donna S. We enjoyed bringing our grown children her to see how beautiful it is. This property delivered all we could hope for. Beautiful views, very comfortable environment, and super convenient. The host was attentive and gave us great recommendations for dining and activities. They have really thought of everything. My wife and I were in near constant awe of the stunning views and loved exploring the different parts of the house and property. Our host Sam was absolutely above and beyond anything we could have hoped for, really going out of her way to make sure we understood the COVID restrictions and making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The villa was exactly as pictured and was a comfortable home for our family for the week. The villa is high up on the hillside and has beautiful views of Long Bay especially from pool side. It is well situated for West End restaurants and beaches, and is only 25 mins from Road Town. We had some issues with mechanical failures, but the 24/7 management (Sharlene and Roseline) was very fast to respond with all being made right quickly. ##### Daretia C.
