I gathered up trash and took it to the housekeeper. We never had dry towels nor a bed even straightened. No breakfast available. No staff to help get luggage to room if we wanted help. The valet service was excellent. Failed to clean toilet, vacuum or refill coffee station the first 3 nights despite leaving standard tip each morning. I had to call to get coffee pods each morning. Obviously the toilet was not cleaned since the coffee I poured out on leaving was still there in the afternoon. A couple of berries I spilled at night were still on the floor proving she did not vacuum.
