So why not head straight to the sea after waking up to start your day with a dip in the North Sea? Inside, you’ll find tasteful luxury and an exceptionally well-equipped home. The over 160 square meters of living space create a cozy atmosphere and provide all the room you need in a very spacious single-family home.

Every detail, no matter how small, has been carefully considered to ensure your vacation by the sea is uniquely wonderful. And you haven’t even seen the beautiful outdoor area yet, with its own private lot and large terrace… Even when the weather isn’t ideal, you can relax comfortably by the fireplace in your vacation home! Firewood is included, of course!

Luxurious 5-room apartment in a prime beachfront location, spanning the first floor and basement, with approximately 160 square meters of living space for up to six people.

Ground Floor: Spacious, light-filled living room with a beautiful, large dining table. Beautiful sitting area with a flat-screen TV and BOSE hi-fi system. iPod dock. Visually separate, spacious kitchen with a fully stocked array of appliances. Guest bathroom with shower. Additionally, there is a room on the first floor that is ideal as a quiet retreat for reading, working, relaxing, or daydreaming. Very nice outdoor area with a large terrace, patio furniture, and a beach chair (available from approximately April through October).

Basement: The basement features three beautifully and tastefully designed rooms, each with a double bed (200x200 cm, 160x200 cm, and 180x200 cm), plenty of closet space, and a flat-screen TV. You’ll also find two luxurious bathrooms. One features a large shower and toilet, while the other has a bathtub and a soothing heat cabin. You’ll love the painted light wells in the basement area, which create a very special atmosphere with various Sylt motifs. Laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Your Beachfront apartment comes with a garage parking space, equipped with a high-amp outlet for charging electric vehicles, as well as an outdoor parking spot.
