Room was clean, mini fridge was a decent size, and bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were both friendly and knowledgeable, I wish I hadn't had dinner prior to checking in because the restaurant next door, Chaco's, gives you a discount for staying at the Anavada plus free room delivery!

Clean room , pleasant staff

Staff were kind, helpful, and friendly. I find when I book through a third party the hotel gives you a less desirable room. I stayed with my dad the night before in a room my mom and I booked directly with the hotel and it was great on the third floor. The next night I booked through Expedia and the room was on the main level, at the very back of the hotel, it smelled, was loud because it was next to a utility room and a busy street. It was also on the same floor as those who like to smoke weed and had a dog that wouldn’t quit barking. The door to the patio in my room had broken blinds which required me to hang a blanket over for privacy and to block the light. I will book directly with hotel in the future should I need to stay again. It is super convenient to have the kitchen and be so close to the hospital. The staff are always wonderful too.

A little disappointed with the pomeroy. Check in was awsome. We got to the room and notice hair in the bathtub, poor lightning in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was not secure and did not lock. The fridge did not cool and the coffee pot was not clean. With the hotel being pet friendly, outside the hotel had alot of poop that was not picked up. Although, the beds were comfy and the water park was a hit with our grandson, we won't be staying here again

At check-in they gave us coupons to their restaurant where we enjoyed a nice breakfast.
