Provides a quite secluded setting on the golf course, a short drive to Mt. Hood skiing, hiking, biking and fishing. This home features an open floor plan with an expansive wall of windows that overlook the golf course. Large cedar deck and outdoor fire pit make for a perfect time with family and friends. Cozy up inside with the river rock wood burning fireplace. This home comes fully equipped with AC, WIFI, DVD player, cable, safety phone landline, kitchen utensils, kitchen baking supplies, games, and puzzles. It's located less than a 5 minute drive from Welches local eateries, bars, and the resort lodge. This beautiful region of the Northwest provides the opportunity to get outdoors and hike, ski, snowboard, snowshoe, golf, and fish. There are three 9 hole golf courses readily accessible including the one that the property looks over. Within less than a half an hour there are three downhill ski and snowboard resorts.
