Nice new hotel, comfortable beds (although an additional pillow would have been nice), nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was to the small side, to the price charged one would have expected more, but they had free parking.

Experience in Wedel

I was in Wedel from 14 till 16 jun 2024, first of all I have booked because of the water view and I got a room with land View, then they told me they have no room free I have to accept the only offer, then morning at 7 till 8 clock noise in the corridor, unbelievable 😌, and after few moments the service from hotel open with his card my room without knocking 😡, the reception of hotel was very kind and helpful, by check out I was 25 minutes late, but they have kindly accepted, at all this hotel is not price value, you can find much better places with same offer. I just toke some minutes to share my view in order to help others

Kan ikke huske hvornår jeg sidst har været på et hotel hvor der IKKE var køleskab på værelset (og det var slemt i den her varme). Og der var ikke mulighed for at lave kaffe og te på værelset heller. Morgenmaden var for dyr i forhold til kvaliteten og udvalget af det.. Men ellers et fint hotel med en skøn beliggenhed. Vi kommer gerne igen. 😊

Wenn man das Hotel betritt, wird man vom Personal leider nicht mal begrüßt. Ich arbeite selbst im Service und das ist ein no go für mich. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks ist für meinen Geschmack nicht besonders gut. Kein aufgeschnittenes Obst, Joghurt und Quark ohne Beschriftung, defekte filterkaffee Maschine war letztes Jahr auch schon. Ganz viel Luft nach oben. Alles Kleinigkeiten, die man leicht erledigen kann

Das Einchecken war trotz vorherigem online-check-in umständlich und musste nochmal gemacht werden, da das Computer- und Kartensystem umgestellt worden ist. Deswegen gab es dann auch nur eine Zimmerschlüsselkarte mangels Verfügbarkeit. Zimmer sauber, wurde aber wahrend der 2 Tage nicht wirklich geputzt. Zimmer ist allerdings modern, auch gutes Badezimmer, gibt aber keine Klimaanlage, sodass es im Obergeschoss recht warm war. Frühstück ist okay, nichts besonderes. Personal hilfsbereit und bemüht, scheint allerdings dass es an einiger mehr Angestellter bedarf um alles (gerade bei ausgebuchtem Hotel) zu bewältigen.
