"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good with your normal choices. It was convenient to go to the Football Hall of Fame. The only reason I did not rate a 5 star was the mattress was uncomfortable, hard and somewhat lumpy"
