It was just "a room". Period. The employee in the office was rather brusque and off-putting. The room itself was clean, but it had a slightly odd odor. Not necessarily bad, just off. The linens in the bathroom were obviously worn, and the top sheet on the bed had a burn hole. If price alone is your measure, then this place will suit you. But if you expect more than I just described, you'll need to pay more for a better facility.

Bottle of water not given ar checkin, oe nail clippings on room floor, no coffee pods, dirty water left in Keurig, empty conditioner bottle in shower, nearly empty TP roll with no spare, and complimentary coffee hidden inside the $18 per person breakfast buffet (not complimentary). Definitely the worst experience I've had at a Hilton. It was one thing after another that we had to deal with and a constant distraction from the reason for the trip.

Room was clean, staff was excellent. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cleveland

I had to wait 2 hrs to get checked in

The room was very clean, the only issue was that we had to wait a couple minutes even before 3pm, the check in time, to be able to check in bc the hotel was very busy and the room wasn’t ready, but staff got on it and all good.
