"The staff were very helpful "

"This hotel was very asthetically pleasing, from the grounds, to the rooms, and even the bar! We had a triple room (twin and a double bed), which was compact, but still plenty of room to move around. We appreciated being on the first floor as it was quite warm outside and the rooms do not have AC. We had a lovely dinner in the bar and also enjoyed relaxing on the adjoining patio. Staff was very accommodating and efficient. Location is an easy 15 minute walk into city center, which was a fun area to explore. If you're not from Ireland, heads up that hotels don't seem to provide conditioner (at least none of the four we stayed in did). "

"Our room was quiet. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. It's in a good location. Parking was off-site but is available. Breakfast was very good. It may be dependent on time - my husband had a luke warm shower but mine was hot. I also dont like the spout in the basin as it spurts everwhere but that is being nit picky. "

"Great location for walking to old town and Waterford crystal and waterfront. No refrigerator or coffee in room. Long dark hair in shower. "

"The room was comfortable, bed was good, good bathroom too. There was good options for different breakfasts as well. It was a good location just outside the town and between Tramore which is another nice seaside town. The internet was not great but ok."
