It would be nice if this were mentioned in the rental agreement or guest book somewhere. That minor detail aside this was an amazingly well stocked and beautiful residence. The property management company was very easy to work with and the property is as advertised! The only complaint is the fitness center only has a treadmill, bike and elliptical. It would be nice to have free weights but not a knock on the actual townhouse. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Laura L. I've rented units in same neighborhood and this one is sub par, yet still charged same price. Cleanliness was mediocre. The driveway is so steep, and garage is tiny. If you bring UTV, you have to find somewhere to park trailer. The blinds on windows are see through and units are so close that your neighbors can literally see you all the time including showering. Lower the price. Let everyone know it's a Honda, not a Cadillac... ##### Shane B. However once we called the property managers, response was swift and a technician was there within 10 minutes to rectify the situation and get us set up.
