When we arrived we felt out of place. We were given our room on the 5th floor. When we commented on the sewer smell we were told that they were working on it and it would improve. By the morning I felt like throwing up and had a very bad headache. When I called the front desk, they asked me again to be patient and it would improve. When I explained that the smell was making me ill, they moved us to the 4th floor. The smell was a bit better but still present.
We were on our way out when we met Anita, what a breath of fresh air she was compared to the other individual we were dealing with. She gave us a map of the area, tourist activities and directions. The next day she asked how it went, took time to listen and made us feel like family. She took great care of us and our grandson everyday we were there. When she was off for the day we were sad she was not there to greet us. She was absolutely amazing!!! The other ladies and gentlemen were as well, but Anita went above and beyond!!! We will never forget her.
The Valet service was outstanding. All were very accommodating. However, Ashagrie, the Guest Arrival Expert, very helpful and took great care of us daily. Providing us not only with great service but paid extra attention to our grandson (2 yrs old) listened to him when we returned, gave him high fives and fist bumps. There was another gentleman who's name began with an "R" but I don't remember it. He came and told us goodbye on his last shift.
We will be back again!!
