The majority of the furniture was custom built specifically for this home. It has a spacious living/dining room to accommodate all our guests. You can watch the huge flat-screen TV in comfort and style. The kitchen is so pretty and functional with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with all the things you would need to prepare and serve your meals should you choose to eat. There are bar stools for seating on the island as well as a beautiful custom-built dining room table. Off the dining room is a patio with a grill and outdoor seating. The spacious master is on the main floor with a flat-screen TV to enjoy. It has a king-sized bed, so you can stretch out and relax. It also has a big master bath with double sink vanity and walk-in closet. The laundry room is located on the main floor for convenience. There is a half bath and double car garage as well. The garage holds all your toys for enjoying the nearby outdoor activities. An assortment of board games is available for your enjoyment! Upstairs you will find two huge bedrooms. One has 2 queen beds and its own private bathroom and a TV. The third bedroom, the Bunkhouse, is a large room with a queen bed and a twin over full bunk bed. This room also has a large flat-screen TV. The bunkhouse has its own private full bathroom. You are going to love staying at Casitas at Sienna Hills. Conveniently located minutes from shopping, dining, and attractions such as trails and the Washington City Rec Center. The home is clean and well appointed; however, on this most recent stay there were no hangers in the closets. The closets are large, but there are no dressers to store clothing in, so the closets are the only option. This may be an anomaly, as there were a few hangers on previous visits. It has a nice kitchen and the bedrooms were open and all had tv’s in them. The living room really needs an update. The furniture kind of feels gross to touch and you can see how worn out on the edges they are. We liked the layout of the living room though. The other thing was parking was bad. The garage only fits one larger SUV and parking is a few condos away if you have two cars. We had another family member pick up food they had to drop it off then go park and walk back. Overall this property was great and in a nice location. You are a little bit outside of town, but it is a very new area and complex so everything is really nice. The common areas like pool and jacuzzi are very nice and well maintained. The only suggestion I have for this property is that you should install ceiling fans throughout. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because of the cleanliness. The bathrooms decor and light fixtures seemed to be very dirty, there was a hand towel in one of the upstairs bathrooms that looked like it had been previously used. There was a bath rug in the downstairs master bath that was dirty and just thrown in the closet. Also, the fridge was clean but I found hair inside when putting our groceries away. I just feel that the cleaning fee for this property was rather high and the house was not up to cleaning standard, especially with Covid on the rise. ##### Marti G. My baby crawled on the floor for less than five minutes and his legs were completely black with dirt, found hairball in the carpet, etc. It seems like as long as they make it appear clean that’s enough. My biggest complaint would be the pool key did not work. I called the number provided and never got a return.
