Single level home in the Coral Ridge community next to and views of the Coral Canyon golf course. 7 minute drive to Quail Lake State Park, 15 minute drive to Sand Hollow Reservoir / Sand Dunes State Park, and 35-40 minute drive to Zion National Park. Also, three other golf courses all within a 10 minute or less drive. On-site amenities include outdoor pool, clubhouse, playground, walking & bike trails, and minutes to big box stores, restaurants, I-15, Red Cliffs Mall, & movie theaters.

Immaculately dressed home has all the upgraded comforts of home with a Ritz Carlton feel of interior amenities and high level of personalized service directly with the home owner. OF COURSE, there's mints on your pillow upon check in AND a complimentary pie of your choice from southern Utah's favorite, Croshaw's.

Spring Break Getaway

House was very clean, bright and comfortable, and the pecan pie bonus was fabulous. Family reports all beds used were comfy. We enjoyed a barbeque and smores over the firepit. The view is gorgeous - fun to watch the golfers below. We enjoyed family competitions of ping pong and foosball (although our daughter's foreign exchange student says they call it "babyfoot" in France!) in the garage. The location is easy access to Zion, and the other state parks in the area, as well as St. George, and we enjoyed them all in our short time here. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

The property looked just like the pictures online which is always a wonderful sign. We have stayed at another property in this neighborhood in the past and the location and community pool and whirlpool will keep us coming back. The property was clean, had nice towels and amenities. The massage chair in the living room was a nice surprise. The master bed was a little high and thus hard for me to climb into as I'm short, but I managed. My husband's only comment was that he was sad there was no pie. I didn't care either way but if the listing advertises free pie, there should be pie... otherwise, it should be removed from the listing. We would have still chosen to book this property without the pie promise. Overall, we had a great stay!

Enjoyed our stay. Close to shopping and restaurants. Lots of outdoor adventures nearby. About 45 minutes from Zion. Good spots for stargazing are also close. The home is comfortable and well equipped.

This property is located perfectly for people who want easy access to the St. George area/Zion. The hosts provide very useful amenities including individual condiments, pool towels, pool robes, Keurig coffee, etc. The house is well stocked; we didn’t find anything we needed to be missing. Truly a great place to stay for a family vacation.

Perfect stay

We enjoyed our stay and this beautiful property. Everything was beautiful, spacious, clean and it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, fire pit and the massage chair after a long day of hiking. The property was conveniently located about 30 minutes from Snow Canyon and 40 mins to Zions. Absolutely perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Everything was clean and it had everything we could possibly need including lots of extra blankets, towels, coffee, etc. The kids enjoyed playing foosball in the garage. We used this wonderful town as a home base for exploring the area including Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Snow Canyon. If we ever return to the area we would love to stay here again.

Fantastic vacation rental!

We had a great time staying here and would definitely come back! The pool was so close by, we loved grilling and eating dinner outside, and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Use of the garage was great for unloading hiking/biking gear. We wished we had more time to stay longer!

Wonderful Place

First of all, we were so impressed by how cute this place was. It also had the golf course view out the windows which makes you feel like you are at a mini resort. The owners are so thoughtful they thought of everything. We spent one day visiting Zion National Park and the other at Bryce Canyon. We are definitely planning to make more trips to St George and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property excellent host

The house is beautifully organized and extremely comfortable and clean. It’s about a 40 minute drive to Zion so keep that in mind. Bob was very communicative and I was appreciative of all the small touches in the house to make things convenient. We were just there for a short time so we didn’t have an opportunity to use the pool or other facilities. There’s a great view and a gas outdoor fireplace which I discovered after buying wood! We enjoyed the comfy couch in big screen TV as well as the massage chair.

Spring Break 2022

Beautiful view overlooking Coral Canyon Golf Course right outside the door. Outdoor fireplace, swimming pools very close by. Very accessible to the freeway and anything you may want to do in St. George, and surrounding area. Property was very clean and well maintained. Owners are very easily approached and willing to help with any needs you have. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a St.George getaway.
