It is very convenient with food and stores within walking distance. The breakfast is cute but literally a foldable table with cereal and bread options. So just quick and easy. Parking was very easy staff were really nice the beds were comfortable. I would definitely say again.
This is a no-frills property with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a fab location within walking distance of the East Falls Church metro station.
The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast didn't have very much selection (cereal, fruit and juice, bagel with toaster downstairs) and was to-go, but the quality of the food was good, and free coffee near lobby. The parking was tight. Location was great with walking distance to metro station to DC.

The breakfast was minimal. The location was good for catching the subway. A little run down. Was close to resturants.
Great location if visiting Washington. The metro is a short 9 minute walk along a bike/running path. Plenty of parking and the room was quiet at night.
Great location! Super helpful staff and a very convenient set-up. Breakfast and coffee provided as well. Walking distance to the WO&D trail and the Metro as well.
At this price point and location, I was pleasantly surprised by the property and my room. My room was clean and odor-free, bed was comfortable, shower worked well, quiet at night. Amenities and breakfast corresponded with price point. Adequate parking, easy access to interstate. All in all, a good deal for one night.
The room was nice for the price. Very convenient to the Metro station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Appreciated the free parking although the parking lot was small. Breakfast was a disappointment, a couple of cold cereals, juice and fruit. There was no place to sit and eat. No toasters for bagels. I would stay there again.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The room I had was very basic, but had all the essentials. It was clean and comfortable. The location of the property is nice with for travel in the city without a car. Access to the W&OD bike path (fully paved and 95% protected from traffic) is right across from the hotel's entrance. I could get to the national lawn in less than an hour by bike at a leisurely pace East Falls Church Metro Station is also a quick walk. Highly recommend for a base station while exploring DC.
This may be a budget hotel but is very much more than that. It is well run wit staff that goes out of their wat to help us. The room was very clean and modern. I liked the bathtub _shower. It was very modern and had a grab bar to hold on to. Breakfast was basic but fine with juice, cereal, milk, apples, and bagels or bread. The metro rail station is a short walk of about 6 blocks. We commuted to tourist thongs near the national mall.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
You can tell this was an older building that had been updated in the past but in general everything was clean no bugs and somewhat maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything. Good experience for the money and it was no problem to check out early
The room was exceptionally clean and the staff extremely friendly. I did not have to use the amenities, but they were kind enough to have some continental breakfast items in the lobby area for those that could not go down the stairs. The only "eyesore" (if you want to call it such) was the shattered glass in the front door which took a couple days to repair. Other than that, I was pleasantly surprised and immensely pleased with my experience.
