Located in Washington City, just in between St. George and Hurricane, this townhome has quick access to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and city life.

This 3 bedroom / 2 bath townhome can comfortably accommodate 8 guests, or up to 10 with the assistance of a queen air mattress. Surrounded by Southern Utah's beautiful mountains, you will never run out of things to do. Take a trip to Zion National Park or Sand hollow reservoir. Spend your day lounging by one of the two pools or challenging each other to games at the Coral Springs Clubhouse. In the evening, pour yourself a drink and relax on your back patio while barbequing under the setting desert sun. Movie nights have never been easier, with a Smart TV the movie options are endless! No matter how you spend your days, you are sure to be swept away in relaxation and memorable experiences while staying at Dixie's Inn!

Lots of amenities and good location. Easy drive to Zion National Park. The house quite nice. Had everything we needed. Property managers very responsive when we had questions. Access to a pool was nice after long day if sightseeing. Would definitely stay again

This accommodation was large, clean and easy to find. We were with 7 family members end October. The pool was nearby and heated. Just 30 mins to Zion NP and less than 10 to St George. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay near St. George or Zion area

The house looks very nice. The ice maker in the refrigerator didn’t work. I was told someone would be out to fix it but they never showed up. The pots and pans are terrible. Coffee maker was broke. Outside chair was broke. Fan was broke and drawer in fridge was broke.

Check in/out process was easy and the home was clean and surprisingly so much bigger than we were expecting! Comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Management was easy to get ahold of too. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a clean, fun place!

Looks way better than in the pictures even. I walked in and thought I had the wrong house at first (not that the picture were bad or anything)! So clean and cared for. Felt right at home. Check-in and out process was simple. We spent two nights and it was perfect for me and my kiddos. It’s in a cute neighborhood. There’s a heated pool, a small playground, and the cutest duck pond that apparently you can fish out of. My oldest was so bummed he didn’t bring his fishing stuff. Highly recommend!

Wonderful and Clean

Great place for a family getaway! We came with 3 kids under 5 and 4 adults. We were all very happy and comfortable. Great air conditioning (thank heavens as it was 108 degrees!) And wonderful kitchen for cooking. There were some not great looking stains on 2 of the bed comforters- but we just took them off the bed and then everything was great! Would stay again!

Fantastic!

This place was great! Everything from the garage to the neighborhood pools was spot on. The beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, the unit stayed cool and the ceiling fan in the master was very much appreciated. Might consider putting fans in the other bedrooms as well. We cooked a few meals in the kitchen and found most what we needed, except a pizza cutter 😆 I personally loved how everything was labeled. We had three adults and two kids (8 & 6) and there was room for more if needed. The garage was excellent for keeping the car out of the desert heat. Walmart is only 4ish miles away and there are a lot of restaurants in St. George about 15+- minutes away. We went to Zion multiple days, Quail Creek State Park is right down the road and an excellent place to visit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

The pictures don’t show the TALL ceilings. Making the townhouse feel super large. Eating area and large island were amazing for cooking large meals. Wish there were a few more amenities in the kitchen, like dishrags and foil, plastic wrap. But otherwise had everything you would need, ALL nicely labeled.

St. George Getaway

Great vacation neighborhood. Great home with access to heated pools! Kids loved it! I’m giving our stay 5 stars, home was clean and well stocked. Management company was super awesome to work with. Two suggestions to home owner. 1. Shower head in master bathroom should be upgraded. Big shower, low pressure water, fairly cold experience. 2. TV in living room is way to small for the room. Needs to be upgraded to at least 55’. Again, five star rating! It was a great vacation.
