This is our second time saying with a Red Sands property in the Coral Ridge complex. We had a great time! Our two young kids really enjoyed their space in the upstair bunk room with their own restroom and living room. The house was clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

A great property in a great location

This property was perfect for our family stay over the New Year's holiday. Very roomy. We had 7 adults and teenagers in our group and never once did we feel crowded. The hot tub was great. The community pools were a hit as well. The location is convenient to Sand Hollow, Hurricane, and St. George. We're already planning our next trip and look forward to staying here again.

Wow, what a beautiful place. Spacious, clean, conveniently located, we also loved the on-site spa. We had a small problem with the temperature in the accommodation but the manager responded quickly and sent someone to rectify the situation. We recommend it!

The accommodations where we stayed at were awesome. Very comfortable, clean and conveniently located. Property mgmt was very easy to acess and very pleasant to work with. Their communication with us was "spot-on"!! Should we come back to this area, we would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you for making our stay an excellent one.

Overall very nice place that is well maintained. Good: Community Features - pools & hot tubs, Fishing poles - we threw on fake worm and caught an 18 incher, kitchen was nicely stocked, recliners were nice, Beds were comfy, most TVs worked after I gave them some love, Red Sands was very responsive and helpful, sufficient shampoo/conditioner for my wife and 5 girls. Bad: Garage needs to be organized so games can be used. Beds were very noisy if you moved. Hot tub guy didn't follow through on bringing the water vacuum to clean it.

The accommodations were good. The things that kept it from Excellent: Hot Tub cover was very difficult to put back on. The master Bed was noisy and squeaky - couldn't get much sleep when the partner moved with the noise. Same for the upstairs bed. Get a mattress that is comfortable and a bed that doesn't make loud noises when you move to the side. The HOA was trimming branches before 8 am in front of our house. Great place to stay, not so great to sleep.

This townhome was perfect for our multigenerational vacation in the St. George area. The location is close to multiple parks with amazing hikes. It also was near multiple places to eat and shop. The hot tub was perfect for a day after hiking. The furnishings were obviously new and very comfortable. The amount of bathrooms were great for many people to get ready at once. Will totally be back to this home when we return to Zion to do more of the parks hikes.
