The host was quick to respond with any questions before and during our stay. The room set up worked well for our group (two rooms connected to a jack & jill bathroom, two rooms with en suite bathrooms). The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the mismatch on the title vs description of the listing. The title said the home sleeps 10 people, and in the description of the listing it said 8\. Easily missed when the main points of booking a property for your family are read mostly with titles and photos. Response from the management company was good, and they even brought over an air mattress when we arrived with 10 people instead of 8\. Here are a few other points, but I don't make them to discourage you from booking, it's more for the management company to take note and fix for the next renters as I know this is a newer rental. Bedroom #4 says queen on the description, but it looks/feels more like a Full size mattress. There was no propane in the fire pit outside to use on a chilly night. The master shower head was all but functioning with a slow dribble, and would never get warm. There was a leak coming from the laundry room that seeped into one of the master bedrooms making the carpet wet near the head of the bed. Overall, it's a great alternative to the crowded Santa Clara rental areas, and as long as the above items are addressed before you book, you'll have a great time staying there. ##### paul a.
