I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located within walking distance of Warsaw Central Station. The rates were reasonable, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and professional. If I return to Warsaw in the future, I would gladly choose this hotel again.

Everything was go the staff was very nice although they need to be more communicative and the drying rack in our room was not working, and we informed them on the first night but they did not seem to do much about it.

Had an amazing stay at Metropol. It was right by the Palace of science and culture bldg and old town is just about 15 min walk. very convenient and lots of restaurant , shopping around. hotel staff were excellent, they hold our bags since we arrive early morning and checking was at 2 pm. They had amazing drinking water machine (hot, cold and sparkling) by the elevator and hot water pot, big glass jug were helpful. Very clean hotel, comfy bed and decent size room based on what we paid. Overall great and we would stay next time.. thank you!

Quiet for the most part, very clean and comfy rooms. Great variety for breakfast! The only minor issue was the club party buses that blasted music from the street as they passed by the hotel a few times past midnight on Friday night. Other than that, it was a quiet experience.
