Hotel Hetman is a very affordable, convenient and nice accommodation with good breakfast with assortment of selection, Room was clean, excellent shower pressure, spacious with comfortable bed and walk out balcony. Gassy cold water machine on each floor was a surprise bonus.

We stayed there for four nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, close to public transportation close to restaurants and a mall. The furniture looks out dated but everything is so well maintained and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly 😀👍👍

Great place, big room, big room, friendly staff, AC, good location. Only 4 stars because the key card failed to work almost always requiring a trip to the front desk to reset. Also, internet was very sketchy and hardly worked which was very annoying. Without the latter issues it would have been a clear 5 stars They should fix

Room was clean and we found the lady on reception very helpful. Secure parking in its underground garage. We both enjoyed the Breakfast. Although it was on the other side of side of the river to the Old Town we enjoyed walking but there was trams that ran very near by if you didn’t want to walk. There was also a Metro which was also near by. We enjoyed walking but our stay and will try to book this hotel when we go again.

Great hotel

This is a really nice hotel. I really appreciated the staff allowing me to check in early after traveling for almost 24 hours. The room is comfortable and the breakfast buffet was very good. It’s in a good location - not too far from Old Town and very close to Warsaw East train station. I’d highly recommend and would definitely stay here again

This place was fantastic. The front desk staff were really nice and helpful. This is a great location within walking distance to the Old Towne. Room was as pictured and clean. Water was hot and had a lot of pressure. Front desk was nice enough to call for taxis, which was nice. Highly recommend. Neighborhood was quiet and safe for walking at night. Good restaurants, cafes and coffee shops nearby in the Old Towne. Price was good, too.

Excellent hotel. Clean, spacious room (I booked a double for single use) with aircon/heating and a mini fridge. I requested a 'quiet' room and slept soundly throughout my 6 night stay. Minutes from the tram, bus and metro so everything easily accessible be it the old town, new town, stadium or further afield to Wilanow I have no hesitation in recommending.
