The place has a modern open concept, which was great. We were a little disappointed with some items I would consider maintenance. Thermostat falling off, paint splatter on floors, wobbly broken barstool, outside cushions in furniture are dirty, lack of kitchen items, broken can opener, and the grill was quite dirty. One of the 2 showers would only put out scalding hot water, rendering it unusable. These weren’t dealbreakers as we still had an awesome time. It is nestled in the woods and in a peaceful setting. It is quite a distance to restaurants and a grocery store. Due to the hidden location and lack of lit roads we found it challenging to navigate at night. Cell phone coverage and therefore GPS is limited. We preferred to drive during the day.
