The Edward House has just been renovated & is ready to make memories. Spacious rooms for everyone, eat in kitchen or grill outside. Fire pit to converse around & stare up at the stars at night. One covered deck & one to layout on & absorb the sun rays. Dog friendly atmosphere (no dogs on the furniture or beds). 1/2 mile walking path on the property.

Country Living at its Best

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The land itself was lovely with lots of green grass. The two connected decks in the back were large and had lots of seating for everyone to enjoy the outdoors. And the fire pit was very enjoyable in the evening. The inside of the home was set up for visitors. The coffee bar was exceptional. It was filled with all of the coffee needs one could possibly need or want. The house itself what clean, fresh and was nicely laid out. We were amazed at all of the amenities that were left in the bathrooms. The owners had thought of just about everything one would need. This will definitely be a place to return to and just relax and enjoy the countryside. We spent time in Culver for Homecoming and looked forward to returning in the evenings. We travel often, and this is definitely a home to return to and just be able to relax and enjoy! It was also very nice to have someone greet us when we arrived.

The place was absolutely perfect. It was clean. It had everything we needed, which included the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms all being stocked with the essentials, which made it easy to travel.

Beautiful and convenient

The Edward House was well laid out and inviting. We enjoyed the space for family fun inside and out, the fire pit was an added pleasure. The house made a good place for the groom and his party to get ready for the wedding. Thank you for the ability to have our entire family just down the road from us. We couldn't have had the bonding time without this listing. The only negative was a small plumbing issue in the smaller bathroom.

The property was nice overall and met our needs, we loved the fenced in area for our dogs to run and the fire pit. The outside deck had cushions on the chairs that were somewhat dirty /mildew and not inviting to lay on. There was a major leak from a bedroom window and the floors were not clean.

The Edward house was PERFECT for my wedding party, my groom, and myself! It was open and spacious with incredible outdoor amenities. From late night fires staring up at the stars to family dinner around the big kitchen table I can’t say enough how amazing this place was. We had 8 adults staying and only had to wash 3 towels all week because there was plenty! We also never ran out of toilet paper, even with other people coming by and using the bathroom! The house is impeccably decorated and in the perfect country location to allow for peaceful nights but close enough to have people over. I loved the house so much I wish I could buy it and stay forever! Maria was so responsive with any issues or questions and the neighbor next door was always available in case of emergency. 5 stars PLUS!

This property was very close to the wedding event we were attending in the area for us family members. Nice quiet country setting. Nice outback area, and walking trail. Price was maybe on the high side , but it worked out great. Host and neighbor as caretaker were very accommodating. Thank you

A Relaxing Week in the Country

What a wonderful gathering for our annual fellowship meet with our friends. Working with Maria was fantastic! The property is exceptionally clean, and though it rained while we were there, having the outside covered deck and the furniture still allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay. We met the neighbor Jess, and the chickens And Jerry the rooster! Thanks for the fresh farm eggs, the exceptional coffee bar which included the coffee syrups and coffee pods and just for all the additional amenities that you provide. I would highly recommend this rental for family, fellowship, or just meeting up with good friends. Completely private and clean!! Thank You!

Absolutely Wonderful!

We stayed here as a family gathering. My husband was recently diagnosed with a fatal disease. We wanted a family/friend get together. I can’t say enough about this place. It was spotless, the kitchen was stocked with everything you can think of. Down to baggies, dish soap, a great collection of dishes and pots and pans. The bathrooms were stocked with enough toilet palaver fir 8 people for four days. So nany towels and bedding we didn’t use them all. Anything you could need. Natural bug spray, air fresheners, large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower soap, brand new bath scrunchies. I can go on and on…. It was quiet, relaxung, and I am so glad we found it. Even my husband was able to relax. It felt like HOME! Thank you Maria and Jes! The Ayala Family

It's all in the details and this property thought of everything! From a coffee bar to a pre-stacked firepit - this property had it all. Super clean, friendly neighbors, and tranquil. It was a great experience!

Amazing Experience

Such a Beautiful Home & Property. So homely as soon as walk in. Loved the fire pit. Loved the chickens running the property & the complimentary eggs in the fridge. Amazing Coffee selection & Keurig.
