Handicap shower curtain would not stay closed. Bed was way too firm; I did not get much sleep. The refrigerator would make a loud high-pitch noise when it was running.

The staff was very courteous, professional. The 4th floor was where I stayed and it is under renovations I realize that this is a 20+ year old building the bathroom was very cold the vent ran 24-7 it should have a switch to turn on & off, the sink wouldn't drain and then if wouldn't hold water, and ...
