Short breaks welcomed outside of high season and some periods with NHS discount. It has lovely country views towards St Enedoc golf course. It is modern and stylish with a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast area and dining area in open plan living space. One bedroom but living room has 2 single sofa beds for flexibility and plenty of storage for linen. Good quality furnishings and well-equipped. Smart TV plus TV/DVD in bedroom. High speed Broadband.. It is close to good range of local shops, beaches, sailing school and access to passenger ferry to lively Padstow with abundance of shops and places to eat. Surfing hire/tuition at Polzeath with good places to eat and shop. Lovely coastal walks and fine dining in the area (Nathan Outlaw, Pual Ainsworth & Rick Stein). Port Isaac for Doc Martin fans and historic Tintagel a short drive away. Bryher can be booked with Hollyhocks (sleeps 7) for larger parties moortoseacottages. Ask about special deals and flexible changeover days in mid and low season. One small dog by arrangement. I'm really sorry but unfortunately I have to say that we would not book this again for one reason only. You have to park your car under some big cedar trees and the mess from the birds was disgusting. We had to clean it twice just in the four days we were there.
