Located just a ten minute walk from Polzeath Beach, Little Tresevens is a generously sized detached home, offering comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. Set in a peaceful yet central location, this well-equipped property boasts a private garden, ample parking, and spacious living areas, making it the ideal retreat for families or groups looking to explore North Cornwall's stunning coastline.  
  
Designed for both relaxation and adventure, Little Tresevens is bright and welcoming, with large windows allowing natural light to flood the space. The open-plan kitchen and dining area provides a sociable hub, perfect for gathering together over leisurely breakfasts or hearty evening meals. A wood-burning stove in the living room creates a cosy retreat for cooler months. The entrance hall features a glass-fronted study area, ideal for reading or catching up on emails, while a coat and boot cupboard ensures plenty of storage for outdoor gear. A ground-floor WC adds convenience, and a separate utility area houses a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests to use throughout their stay.  
  
Little Tresevens is arranged over two floors, offering a spacious layout with well-appointed bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. Upstairs, the master bedroom also features a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, providing a peaceful and private retreat. The final bedroom features zip-and-link beds that can be made into a super king-size bed on request. A spacious family bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle serves the remaining bedrooms, and an additional first-floor WC adds further convenience.  
  
Outside, the enclosed lawned garden and patio provide plenty of room for outdoor dining, barbecues, and unwinding in the fresh sea air. A wetsuit drying area, outdoor shower, and boot storage make it easy to transition from beach adventures to home comforts.  
  
Polzeath's golden sands and famous surf are just a short walk away, meaning you can be on the beach within minutes, whether catching waves, rock pooling, or enjoying the local cafés and shops. A short stroll also takes you to the popular Oyster Catcher pub, renowned for its stunning views over the Camel Estuary. For those looking to explore further, Daymer Bay is within easy reach, offering a sheltered and dog-friendly beach perfect for swimming and paddleboarding. A five-minute drive takes you to the sailing village of Rock, where the Black Tor Ferry runs across the estuary to Padstow, home to a charming harbour and fantastic seafood restaurants. Several golf courses are also nearby, making this a fantastic destination for beach lovers, walkers, and outdoor enthusiasts alike.  
  
This home, also known as Tresevens is available for reservations year-round and can accommodate up to twelve guests; making it the perfect choice for larger groups to enjoy this fantastic property.

With a 5' king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, featuring a walk-in shower, wash basin, and WC.
