On the lower level, the living and sleeping area serves as a welcoming communal space, featuring a comfortable double sofa bed, a dining table, and direct access to the terrace. Also on this level is 1 bedroom equipped with a double bed measuring 160 cm, along with a private shower and WC and air conditioning. The open-plan kitchen on this floor is fully appointed with modern appliances including an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a dedicated dining table. An additional separate shower and WC is also available on this level.

The upper level hosts 3 further bedrooms, all air-conditioned. The first room features 2 single beds, while the second is fitted with a double bed of 160 cm and includes a private shower and WC. The third bedroom on this floor offers a combination of 1 single bed and 1 double bed measuring 160 cm. A bath and WC serves this upper level. Please be aware that 1 double bedroom is located outside the main body of the apartment.
