The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also due to its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and a Hollywood swing. Outdoor WC, garden, mobile barbecue cart. **Location** Vodnjan, district of Majmajola. The villa is located on a 700 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property. **Special** Air conditioning, central heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception via satellite. **Pool** All pools are available for your exclusive use.
