### Villa with pool, 8 persons, quiet location, well-kept garden plot

Villa Una is a typical Istrian stone house located on the outskirts of the village of Vizinada, approximately 18 km from the sea coastline of Tar-Vabriga and Porec.   
Villa was built in a modern style but with rustic accents. On a closed and well-kept property of 1200 sqm, guests have at their disposal a 34 m² pool with loungers, barbecue with dining table, a children's playground, soccertable, table tennis and 3 covered parking spaces. The nearest shop, coffee bar and ATM are located in the village of Vizinada, 4 km away, while a pizzeria and a typical tavern are only 3 km from the house. The tourist resort Lanterna with beautiful beaches is located approximately 15 km from the villa. For cycling enthusiasts, the Parenzana cycle/hiking trail is also nearby.  
  
Villa Una has 250 square meters of living space which extends on 2 floors,and can accommodate 8 persons. Through the main entrance of the villa you can reach the large living room with access to a covered terrace with lounge furniture and garden, a kitchen with dining table and direct access to a covered terrace with dining table. There are also 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub/shower, as well as a bathroom in the hallway with a bathtub/shower and a separate toilet. On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, private bathroom with bathtub and balcony. This bedroom offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area.  
If you want to spend a relaxing holiday with your loved ones, then Villa Una is the right choice.  
The arrival of a young groups is not allowed.
