Designed by a renowned Spanish architect, this exquisite villa is located in a residential complex on the coast.  
Completely renovated, respecting the original elements that define the house's style, it offers spacious and bright spaces with direct access to the beautiful Covas Beach.  
Tennis courts, ping-pong, a solarium, private parking, and a garden designed by a renowned landscaper are just some of the features that will ensure an unforgettable vacation.  
  
The Space:  
Listening to the murmur of the sea at night or relaxing on the private patio will delight all who visit this property in Viveiro.  
The spacious rooms, the living room, and, above all, the large windows create a special atmosphere for relaxation and reading.  
Beachfront access offers the convenience of going directly to the beach or swimming at any time of day. The team at The Cliffs of Loiba will be happy to assist you or answer any questions guests may have during their stay.  
Covas is the closest beach to Viveiro, and this house has a supermarket less than 100 meters away, a butcher, a pharmacy, and a bookstore within 10 meters, as well as all kinds of dining and entertainment options. It is also a 20-minute walk from Viveiro and its medieval historic center, where you can continue shopping or sample the typical tapas of the area.  
Thanks to its location, this property makes the use of a car unnecessary, if not desired. Viveiro Public Park offers children's play areas 150 meters away, and the beaches of Sacido and Seiramar are less than 10 minutes away. To the south, there are several lush mountain trails for nature lovers. Thanks to its flat promenades, cycling is another good option, allowing you to visit the riverside promenade or the port of Celeiro, a specialist in hake fishing. Covas Beach is ideal for sports if you want to cross it sideways, reaching Los Castelos, natural rocks where at low tide we can catch hundreds of crabs...
