This charming villa with a private 34m2 pool is a true green oasis - the perfect escape from tourist crowds! The villa is furnished with natural materials. With a total of four beautifully furnished bedrooms on two floors, Villa Regina can accommodate up to eight people. On the first floor of the fully air-conditioned villa there is a living room with fireplace and cozy leather sofa, a modern kitchen and dining area, a separate toilet and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The cozy living area is full of light thanks to the large patio doors and has a wonderful sea view. This is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends. The first floor opens onto a large terrace with a covered outdoor seating area with a large dining table and open fireplace for cooler evenings. Here you can cool off in the pool, relax in the covered lounge or play a game of table tennis. Die gesamte Anlage ist funktional tadellos durchdacht, so dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Highlight - vor allem für die Kinder - war natürlich der Pool. Weiterhin äußerst praktisch ist, dass der Grill in eine Outdorküchenzeile integriert ist; separate Bäder mit WC in 3 von 4 Zimmern, Balkone und Terrassen runden das Gesamtpaket ab. Sogar einen Kuchen hätte man backen können. Wozu wir alles mitgenommen hatten um dort Geburtstag zu feiern. Der Pool war super und sauber, der Ausblick wunderschön. Ana und ihr Mann waren immer erreichbar und haben schnell auf Anliegen reagiert. Außerdem war das Haus sehr sauber. Man konnte sich dort sehr wohlfühlen. Momentan befinden sich weitere Häuser im Bau, was leider unter der Woche zu Baulärm geführt hat. Wir haben dann erfahren, dass von Juli bis September das Bauen dort wegen der Touristen verboten ist. Dort wird ein sehr schönes Wohngebiet entstehen - wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Unser Highlight war die Begegnung mit dem Oliven und Weinbauer Guido Bernobic, den wir beim spazieren gehen getroffen haben und zu einem spontanen Weintasting eingeladen worden sind. Ein Besuch bei ihm ist ein Muss (befindet sich eine Straße weiter unterhalb des Hauses (Markovac 40a). Dort haben wir leckere Oliven, Bio-olivenöl und leckeren Wein gekauft. Wir hätten uns keinen schöneren Urlaub wünschen können. Das Haus ist extrem gepflegt, super modern und hat für uns perfekt gepasst. Für Interior-Liebhaber ein Muss, das Haus ist extrem stylisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, modern mit einem südländischen Touch. Hochertige Materialien und Dekorationen. Es ist zwar 10 Autominuten vom Meer entfernt aber das hat uns nicht gemacht, so sind wir schön den Unwittern ausgekommen und haben die Regenschaue und Blitze von Weitem in der Sonne beobachtet. Das Haus verfügt über alles was man braucht und mehr! Der Kaffeevollautomat ist einfach fantastisch und macht super leckeren Kaffee. Die Tischtennisplatte war jeden Tag im Einsatz und auch der Grillplatz inkl. TOP-Gasgriller ist einfach nur super. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alle Fenster verfügen über Außenjalousien und machen das Zimmer dunkel, für Familien mit Kleinkindern die zum Tageslicht schlagen gehen, ideal. Die Hausbetreuer sind extrem nett, man kann von Ihnen alles haben und man fühlt sich extrem gut aufgehoben. Alles in allem ein einfach fantastischer Urlaub in einem extrem schönen Haus. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder! Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Das Haus ist super gut eingerichtet , sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel. Der Pool war das Highlight für unsere Enkelkinder. Ein großes Lob an das sehr nette Hausmeister-Ehepaar , es wurde sofort alles erledigt. Vielen Dank ! Der Pool ist traumhaft und die Outdoor Küche perfekt man bekommt jeden Tag frische Sachen vom Wochenmarkt auch sehr guten Fisch der auf dem tollen Grill zubereitet werden kann perfekt !
