### Amazing home in Visnjan

Villa Regina is located in the idyllic surroundings of Visnjan, with a beautiful sea view, just a short drive away from beautiful beaches and famous destinations such as Porec, Motovun, Rovinj and Novigrad. This charming villa with a private 34m2 pool is a true green oasis - the perfect escape from tourist crowds!  
  
The villa is furnished with natural materials. With a total of four beautifully furnished bedrooms on two floors, Villa Regina can accommodate up to eight people. On the first floor of the fully air-conditioned villa there is a living room with fireplace and cozy leather sofa, a modern kitchen and dining area, a separate toilet and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The cozy living area is full of light thanks to the large patio doors and has a wonderful sea view. This is the perfect place to spend time with family and friends.  
  
The first floor opens onto a large terrace with a covered outdoor seating area with a large dining table and open fireplace for cooler evenings. Here you can cool off in the pool, relax in the covered lounge or play a game of table tennis. Show off your barbecue skills on the gas barbecue in the outdoor kitchen, which is located right next to the covered outdoor seating area, and enjoy the meals you have prepared in the open air. The remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor, two with a double bed and a covered balcony and one with two single beds. One of the double bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and the other two rooms share a bathroom. You can also enjoy the beautiful sea view from the bedrooms. There is underfloor heating throughout the first floor and in the bathrooms for the cooler seasons. Villa Regina is the best choice for an unforgettable vacation with family and friends. Book Villa Regina and enjoy the surroundings of PorecVilla Regina is located in the quiet village of Markovac, which belongs to the charming town of Visnjan. Situated on a hill, Visnjan offers spectacular sea views. If you want to take an undisturbed look at the stars, you must visit the observatory in Visnjan. Stroll through the winding cobblestone streets and enjoy the rich cultural heritage of this town. What's more, you can enjoy delicious traditional dishes in the restaurants in the old town. A trip to the historic medieval town of Porec, just a short drive from the villa, is highly recommended. The UNESCO-listed Euphrasian Basilica, the historic center of Porec, numerous attractive beaches and excellent restaurants are just some of the reasons why Porec is one of the main tourist destinations in Istria. If you prefer quieter places, the town of Novigrad is a must for you. The fishing town enchants all visitors with its city walls and towers. Novigrad is also known for its rich gastronomic offer. All bike lovers will definitely get their money's worth in this villa, as it is only 30 meters away from the famous Parenzana bike path.
