You will be staying in a 4-room villa spanning across 240 square meters on two levels. The living/dining room features satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, with an exit leading out to the terrace and swimming pool. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, and freezer, along with air conditioning. There is a separate guest toilet on the same level. The villa offers floor heating for your comfort.

On the upper floor, you'll find an open walk-through room with a double sofa bed and satellite TV (flat screen), complete with air conditioning. Additionally, there are three bedrooms: one with a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a bathroom/toilet, and air conditioning; another with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm) and air conditioning; and the third with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). A shower/toilet is conveniently located on this level, and floor heating is available throughout.
