Great stay!

We had a great stay! They also had a cool feature that we could just text them when we needed something. They also had full size Shampoo and body wash hanging in the shower that smelled awesome! And lotion near the sink! Their elevators are a little slow, but that was the only pain we had. Thank you!

I would definitely come back to Virginia Beach. We had an amazing time The only downfall was no fault of the staff was the sea lice The room was clean and anything that we needed was immediately taken care of Jessica also did a fabulous job answering any questions that we had prior to our stay

We did not realize when we booked that set up for Point Break Music Festival would be accuring during our stay had I known this I would not have spent the extra money for oceanview and beach access. Our beach access was cut off day 2 into our stay and we had a view od the beach's porter johns instead. We couldn't move our stay or be refunded because our booking was under a timeshare owner...would have been better to book through the actual hotel and not Vrbo so we could have at least been refunded.

Very small garage and dirty floors

This property looks good on the website, but what you don’t see is that your feet or socks turn black without wearing shoes in the rooms. The garage is very tight turns and difficult to navigate. I stayed in an end unit and the doors slammed loudly which was right next to our bedroom. While these are the negatives there are good things about the place as well. Laundry facilities are available for no cost, the pools are really nice, and the staff are amazing. It is close to many good restaurants, and has a sunsations store right across from the hotel. So my rating is average.
