Our beach access was cut off day 2 into our stay and we had a view od the beach's porter johns instead. We couldn't move our stay or be refunded because our booking was under a timeshare owner...would have been better to book through the actual hotel and not Vrbo so we could have at least been refunded. ##### Kathryn M. The garage is very tight turns and difficult to navigate. I stayed in an end unit and the doors slammed loudly which was right next to our bedroom. While these are the negatives there are good things about the place as well. Laundry facilities are available for no cost, the pools are really nice, and the staff are amazing.
