The staff wasn’t able to find our reservation and had to wait for the manager to come which took forever. The picture of the room as advertised on their website has a balcony but it actually doesn’t.

The Napa Residences
Room was nice. Needed a little tlc but overall nice room and location. Room wasn’t stocked with body or hand soap which we requested from AI agent. We received more shampoo and conditioner instead. Never got the soap.

House is amazing for a large group. Multi- use facilities - dinner parties, home theatre, gathering spaces. Enables everyone to have their own space, but also meet together for socializing.
