Beautiful apartment on the second line of the sea, ideal for your holidays on the beach. The apartment IS AIR CONDITIONED and PRIVATE PARKING, consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 2 90cm beds, and one with a 135cm double bed, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed (INDIVIDUAL FOR A CHILD) from the living room you can access a large terrace with wonderful views to the large garden with swimming pool, VIEWS to PORT AVENTURA and LUMUNE GOLF course. In its surroundings you will find restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more.   
  
The building has an elevator, POOL AND CHILDREN'S AREASWe have more apartments in the area.   
  
Animals are not permitted.   
  
La Pineda is a seaside urban center on the Costa Dorada, quiet and modern, located between the beautiful city of Tarragona and the lively city of Salou and belongs to the municipality of Vila-seca.   
  
It is the perfect balance to spend your vacations, especially if you have a family with children and you are looking for a rest and disconnection from work and the stress of the city without neglecting everyone's fun. In La Pineda you will not be disappointed, since it has a lot to offer you in summer.   
  
Undoubtedly, the main attraction of La Pineda is its large sandy beach that makes it particularly popular for family tourism, although not only.   
  
In La Pineda you can find the Aquopolis water park (water park with giant slides, swimming pools, marine fauna shows and restaurants). The Lumine Beach Club, The situation of the complex is especially beautiful because it is located a few meters from the seashore, with several swimming pools to try, a wide gastronomic offer, as well as a golf course.   
  
The Costa Daurada has the Family Tourism Destination certification. Thus, young and old alike will be able to live an unforgettable experience walking along our 9 beaches or enjoying our gastronomic offer, among many other great activities.   
  
We sell tickets for Port Aventura, Ferralinad, Aquopolis, Karting Salou and much more, ask us.

1st. We are available for any questions in order to have a pleasant stay.   
  
2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels, Towels supplement €4/person.   
  
3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)   
  
Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:30 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 4:30 p.m. may incur an extra charge. Outside of these hours, the keys will be in a coded lock box in our office.   
  
Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.   
  
4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.   
  
5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.   
  
6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.   
  
7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.   
  
8º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and will have to be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.   
  
9º The optional Wi-Fi and you have to request it when you make the reservation, (€5 per day) since there are certain terminals, so it will depend on their availability.
