No ice bucket in room. No shampoo. No hair dryer. When I checked in, I asked front desk clerk if they had a list of restaurants in the area. She looked like a deer in a headlight. Could only mention one. (No list.) Front glass doors were incredibly dirty.

the staff at front desk was very nice and helpful, they let me to check in in earlier when I explained that I was already in town at 12pm and my daughter had special needs, so instead of 4pm I got my room at 1:40pm, I really appreciated it. and the most wonderful when I got there, the girl told me that my room was upgraded from a regular room to a mini suite, how nice, very spacious room. very nice. another thing I like was the location, plenty of restaurants, at a short distance, and Tanger outlet next to it, I could walk
