Located in a modern complex, it provides easy access to all the amenities you need. The apartment is centrally located, allowing you to leave your car behind and explore the area on foot. Within walking distance, you'll find cafes, restaurants, hotels, shops, the beach, parks, playgrounds, and the famous Granite Island causeway and seafront precinct. For a unique experience, you can also take a ride on the Steam Ranger railway, visit the bluff or Horseshoe Bay, or explore nearby wineries. As a guest, you will have access to the entire apartment. This luxurious apartment comfortably accommodates up to four people, with a king-sized bed in one bedroom and one king single bed and 1 single bed in the other. The modern furnishings add a touch of luxury to your holiday experience. The two-way bathroom offers a spacious shower, a bath, and a toilet, while the European laundry provides a washing machine and ironing facilities. The fully self-contained kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, full-size fridge, oven, toaster, and kettle, allowing you to easily prepare your own meals. The open lounge, dining, and kitchen area also provide balcony access and views of the surrounding hills. The spacious balcony is equipped with outdoor seating and a table. The building also provides an outdoor heated swimming pool, gym, and secure car parking underneath, with allocated car park for one car. Please note that the maximum height clearance for undercover parking is 1.95m. Safety is not forgotten, as the property has a Fire/Sprinkler system and Smoke Alarms. Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1: 1 King Bed Bedroom 2: 1 King single Bed + 1 single Bed No Wifi at the property Pets are not permitted. (Penalties will apply if pet policy is breached.) No smoking.
