Enjoy a private, well-kept garden with a lawn, trees, and an above-ground swimming pool (seasonal availability from May 15th to October 15th). The property offers ample amenities, including an outdoor shower, a barbecue area, and parking for two cars. You can indulge in a massage service within the house (extra charge). Vetralla,Italy is located 5 km away, making it an ideal vacation rental for a serene getaway.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a sprawling 5,000 sq.m. fenced area, allowing for complete privacy. The well-tended garden features lush lawns and shady trees, creating a tranquil oasis. Soak up the sun by the above-ground swimming pool, measuring 2x2 meters with a depth of 140 cm. An outdoor shower and a barbecue area provide additional opportunities for alfresco enjoyment. The pool is maintained by the owner/gardener, ensuring a pristine experience.

The property offers convenient on-site parking for up to two cars. For those seeking rejuvenation, thermal baths at "Le Masse di San Sisto" are located just 9 km away. You will be staying in a 2-room house with a total area of 80 square meters, spread across 2 levels. The rustic and cozy furnishings include a living/dining room with a sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The living/dining room leads out to the garden and terrace. There is also an open room with a folding bed. The kitchenette is equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a microwave, and a freezer. Additionally, there is a shower and a toilet on the same level. Gas heating is available for your comfort. On the upper floor, you will find an open double bedroom with wooden floors. The house features 2 covered terraces with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs, providing a beautiful view of the countryside.  
  
Amenities Included  
During your vacation, you will have access to various amenities, including air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, pet-friendly accommodations (1 small pet/dog allowed), a fireplace, satellite TV, heating, a microwave, and a television. The maximum capacity of the house is 3 people, with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

The bed layout in the house is flexible, offering more sleeping options than the maximum allowed number of people, but the capacity limit should not be exceeded.
