I was a solo traveler on a quick trip to Verona, so I only booked the smallest of rooms and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and size. It was large by European standards and would have been more than comfortable for two, with a well sized bathroom and extra space for desk work and suitcases. The hotel overall is well placed, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very nice with a broad array of options. All staff were friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel for many reasons.

Fantastic location, room clean & comfortable however booked a room with a balcony which we were unable to use due to scaffolding being there. We were not made aware of building work being done whilst there and no option to move rooms. Breakfast staff lovely however breakfast itself was quite basic … mainly pastries

The room was much larger than I expected and very clean and modern. Only two tiny starter tubes of shampoo/shower gel are provided, so I would advise bringing more of what you need (conditioner, body lotion, etc...). The bedding is also very lightweight with thin sheets so I was cold the first night. After asking for additional pillows and blankets, the remaining nights were fine. I'm also not totally sure if the hotel allows smoking in the rooms, but I woke up one morning with my room smelling like cigarette smoke perhaps from a neighboring room. If the hotel does allow smoking, I'd advise keeping the non-smoking rooms separate because it is rather unpleasant. The room keys are enormous and heavy so if the hotel is looking for future upgrades, I would modernize that. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and found the location very convenient to everywhere I needed to go. I did not have their breakfast as there are many places to eat right outside.

Very easy check in and very helpful staff, switching us to a room that was ready so that we could check in early and providing us with a tourist map and quick explanation of the main things to see. The room has everything you need, although the bathroom is fairly cramped. When checking out the hotel has secure lockers to store luggage during our final day, for €5 per locker. Overall a great hotel with no issues 😊

Nice location. We had the room 633 with nice view of Verona from the terrace. Air-conditioning wasn’t really working yet. Breakfast was nice, too.

The room was very modern, kind of sparse but very clean. Strange way to access apartment and only one set of keys. Parking was not great, extremely tight, if you have a big car good luck getting in and out. The staff was not very friendly at all, semi helpful, not impressed and I spoke Italian. Good location.

Great hotel in a great location! We booked two rooms without breakfast but added it at check-in; cost €7 per person. We thought that it would be a coffee and perhaps something like a croissant but instead it was a buffet-style breakfast with eggs, bacon, cold meats, cheese, cereal, fresh bread, juices and coffee… what a surprise for this price! The only “negative” I would add is the fact that one has to pay for the luggage lockers when departure is scheduled for later in the day, the hotel should not charge for this service.
