### 🍹🌞 Tropical Getaway! Heated Pool, Tiki Bar, Pirate Sandbox, and Boat Parking!

We welcome you to our wonderful Tropical Getaway Home! Enjoy privacy on this .65 acre property featuring fruit trees and a fenced backyard. This newly renovated property and brand new Cabana features an extra large, SALTWATER, and screened heated pool complete with waterfalls offering your peace and tranquility. The unique nautical décor, pirate ship sandbox, and custom outdoor lighting make this the perfect place to kick back, relax, swim, and grill. The main house has a spacious Master Suite with a king bed, tv, and private full bath. The guest room has twin beds next to a separate full bath. There are two spacious living areas with Smart TVs and cable split by a large kitchen, perfect for any multi-family arrangement. At the back of the living quarters is a relaxing covered porch where you can enjoy the scenery and water falls. As you walk along our brand new pool area, there is a private Cabana with it's own covered porch complete with a beautiful private pool view. This Cabana features a king bed, sitting area, coffee bar, and full bath.

It's the perfect place to stay in the Sebastian/Vero area  
Guest must be 25 years of age to secure reservation  
We are taking extra precautions in our cleaning in keeping with the Covid guidelines. We have installed an Active Pure Air Scrubber removes or destroys up to 99% of all surface and airborne contaminants  
  
Guests agree to the following prior to booking:  
\-Cats are not allowed due to health hazards to the home owner.  
\-$100 per pet will need to be paid before check-in info and house access is granted. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.  
\-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.  
\-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.  
\-Pets are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard.  
\-House trained dog/no cats.  
\-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.  
\-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.  
\-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence  
\-No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well.  
\-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.  
\-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.  
\-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.   
\-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.  
\-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.  
\-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.  
\-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

Great place, great stay. The only negtive was the construction trucks in the neighborhood beyond the backyard. While construction is active (it begins at 7am, sharp), yoh should let guests know this is haopening. We're early risers, but if you like to sleep in.on vacation.....

#### Perfect Family Getaway

My Husband and I along with our daughter and her family stayed here for 7 night’s. It’s as described, adorably decorated and perfect for kids and relaxation. Would definitely stay here again.

#### Perfect Stay!

This is our second time staying here. We were here for 6 nights. Would have loved to stay longer. Everything about this home is perfect. Equipped with everything you could possibly need. The Decor is beautiful inside and outside. We were attending our daughter's wedding and this home was the perfect size for our out of town family members as well. We enjoyed the pool, and other than the wedding, we never left the house. The property manager (Eddie) always responds quickly with any questions we have. We are already planning another visit soon.

#### Tropical Getaway

I honestly don’t think pictures do this place justice , it was even more beautiful in person! We stayed here for a wedding that was nearby. The pool house was perfect for additional guests to sleep with a coffee pot and personal bathroom. We traveled with 2 kids as well and having all the necessities for our 1 year old, plus toys was amazing! We are already talking about coming back for a second trip!

#### Amazing Family Stay!

My wife and I chose this property because it looked great for us and our kids. We were in town for a baseball event and this was the perfect home to come back to and have a swim in the heated pool. The inside of the house was immaculate and the outside was the perfect space to hang out. The grounds were perfectly taken care of as well. Every single detail was taken care of and the owner was great to communicate with. We had no issues at all and loved it here. The games and pool toys were a nice touch. We will definitely be inquiring about the property again in the future.

#### Everyone loved it!

It is hard to please everyone in my family. But everyone loved this location. We have stayed in the Vero Beach area many times and this is the best place we have stayed. It is clean, well stocked, great pool, nice beds, and I can go on and on. It is easy to get to Vero and to the beaches, but it is also close to Publix, Target, and other shops. I just cannot say enough about this place.

We loved everything about our stay in Vero Beach! The house was immaculate, and was exactly as advertised. Eddie was extremely helpful and responded to all my questions immediately. The pool was so relaxing and inviting! I highly recommend this property and we would stay again!

#### Great New Property

Loved this newly renovated house. It has a fully fenced large yard that was perfect for my dogs. There is a beautiful pool with enclosure. We loved the porch in the back with a view of the pool. It was our favorite spot to enjoy the outside while staying cool. The separate cabana bedroom/bath was an ideal spot for remote work. The location was convenient to the intracoastal, beach, and highways. I plan to visit again.

#### A truly wonderful property

From check in and throughout my extended stay, the host was very accommodating and helpful in making sure that everything was in order. The recent renovation of this home made everything feel look and work like brand new. The heated pool was a big hit with friends who came to visit. Highly recommend this property for short or long stays.
