Beautiful 3/2 Heated Pool Home with poolside Smart TV, sun loungers, grill, and outdoor furniture! This home features a complete Master Suite, with private shower and garden tub. There are 2 additional Bedrooms with a shared Bath, a large open Kitchen and living room with pool view. This split plan offers privacy for the master and the two additional bedrooms.  
  
Guests agree to the following prior to booking:  
\-$100 per pet fee is required. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.  
\-No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner.  
\-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.  
\-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.  
\-Animals are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard.  
\-1 house trained dog ok, no cats. Please inquire if dog is >20 lbs or you have more than 1.  
\-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.  
\-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.  
\-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence  
\-No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well.  
\-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.  
\-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.  
\-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or animals.  
\-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.  
\-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.  
\-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.  
\-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

#### Spring get away

Stayed at this property for 6 weeks. Overall enjoyed our stay, the interior of the house was well decorated comfortable and clean (except for the master bedroom mattress cover). Would suggest a shower door on the shower in the master bathroom, upgrade/update of all towels and wash clothes and more everyday plates and bowls. The exterior landscaping, shed and fence were in extreme neglect. lawn was mowed once in 6 weeks. We did enjoy the brand new gas grill and the dirt road was only about 100 ft. long to the house. The pool and Lani area was clean and nice.

This home is well taken care of. Very clean, really cute decor, excellent pool. Well stocked. Lots of dishes and utensils, plenty of bath towels and beach towels. The beds are comfy and plenty of pillows to choose from. One of the best rentals I’ve stayed in.

This home was a perfect home away from home while visiting family down in Vero beach! It is so beautiful and spacious and the pool is amazing. If I had to nitpick, I wasn't really a fan of the house being on a dirt road. Otherwise, it was amazing and we will definitely stay here again!

#### The perfect pool home in Vero Beach!

If you’re looking for a pool home in Vero Beach look no further. Nestled in Vero Lake Estates. Closer to Sebastian I95 exit and convenient drive to the ocean over the Wabasso bridge. Spent a lot of time at the Sebastian inlet. Kids loved it. Easy check in, gorgeous landscaping, impeccably clean (and I’m a neat freak who rarely gets to say that w/VRBO & similar apps,) property manager was easy to talk to and showed tremendous care for our needs while offering to be a text away if we wanted for anything. It was truly a gorgeous home. The kids didn’t want to leave! The pool was perfect to cool off in. Lots of room in the garage. Beds all comfortable. The master bedroom and bathroom were super spacious and my sister also didn’t want to leave 😂 Thank you and next time I have family visit we will see if this lovely home is available 🙏

#### Great Place to Stay for A Visit to Sebastian

My family was in town for a Vero Beach wedding, and we thoroughly enjoyed this house! Everything was clean and spacious. The master bathroom rocked! The pool was awesome (a little cold for our April visit, but my daughter was still able to enjoy it on the really hot days). The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed to prepare meals, and it was so nice having a garage! We have no complaints and really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great place to grill and lounge by the enclosed pool!
