The room was clean. The staff we didn’t really interact with them. The building was clean but I feel the room was a little over priced. ANC the parking was harder to find.

The rooms were nice. It was a bit of a bummer to find the room wasn’t already cooling off, I had to turn on the ac and it took awhile to cool down. Which would normally have not been an issue had I not been trying to fall asleep as soon as I got there. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful and kind.

I can’t complain too much because the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. There were some broken drawers, dirty toilet and someone’s left overs in the fridge though!

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. However, the door to our hotel room was crooked and you could see through it. The shower curtain was also too small for the shower so water got everywhere.

The check in process was quicker than most hotels (once I was able to locate the front desk attenant). Overall, my stay was really great, however, there were a few problems. The toilet ran after every flush, the tile around the bathtub needs fixing and caulking needs attention as well. I was really frustrated that none of the USB ports worked so I ended up having to go to the store to buy something to charge my phone. It would also be very beneficial to have slow close devises on the room doors, there were very loud and woke me up in the middle of the night several times. The floors around the pool need some attention as well.

4/10 Poor

Clean room. Good WIFI. Terrible breakfast. Coffee was awful and the water filtration dispenser in the gym was empty. I felt like you really need to be able to provide water and coffee so that was disappointing. Location was great. Handy to restaurants, shopping and tourist stuff

The hotel is on the perimeter of Vernal. The shower water is hard. The TV didn’t work when we got there, but the staff promptly fixed the problem. The hot breakfast served is dehydrated eggs and sausage. I got a fresh hard boiled egg at the refrigerator instead. No real complaints, but this is what you get for a budget hotel. The best part about our stay was the bed. The bed is super comfy and soft.
