The Waterfront Home
Wake up to spectacular, uninterrupted ocean views. The main residence is designed to showcase the beauty of the coast, with light-filled living spaces that flow seamlessly to the outdoors. Keep your camera ready—our common grounds are a haven for local wildlife, including grazing wallabies, playful bunnies, plenty of bird life and the occasional echidna.
Downstairs is a central entryway providing access to the Master Suite, which is a true coastal sanctuary; wake up to breathtaking water views, then enjoy the luxury of a private walk-in robe and an ensuite featuring a deep soaking bathtub—the perfect way to reset after a day in the sun and surf. Bedroom 2 is a Beach-View guest room featuring its own stunning water views and with a wall mounted 40" smart TV and & BIR. Bedroom 3 is a peaceful space overlooking the lush, tropical greenery of the central gardens (also with BIR). Complementing these is a Bathroom (with shower & toilet) and a fully equipped European Laundry (with washing machine & clothes dryer).
Upstairs is the massive, sun-drenched open-plan haven designed for connection. Spend your evenings curled up by the Coonara-style wood heater (please note fire wood is not provided) or settle in for a movie marathon on the 65" Smart TV. The chef’s Kitchen and Dining area flow seamlessly out to the expansive front balcony—the crown jewel of the home.
The large fully covered Balcony (with gas BBQ, electric ceiling heater & table seating for 6 people plus an outdoor sofa) has stunning water views of Ventnor Beach just metres away, and overlooks the enclosed front yard with its incredible electric-heated 8-seater spa, perfectly positioned on the beachside of the home to capture stunning water views. There's also an outdoor shower for a quick rinse after the beach.
The Garden Villa
Tucked away in the greenery, the Garden Villa is the perfect "escape within an escape." It serves as an ideal retreat for a second family or a dedicated space for kids and teenagers to have their own independence while staying close by.
The large Living and Dining area is framed by glass doors that open directly onto your private oasis-style garden and a unique sized pickleball court. It’s the perfect spot for an afternoon match followed by a movie on the 65" Smart TV. The Villa also features its own kitchenette (with bar fridge, electric oven & stove) allowing guests to enjoy a private breakfast or late-night snack without heading to the main house. Bedroom 4 is a Garden Suite, a quiet comfortable bedroom featuring its own private ensuite (with shower & toilet). Bedroom 5 is an expansive versatile room complete with stand alone robes and its own private Balcony, perfect for a morning coffee amongst the treetops.
The large ground floor verandah overlooks the central courtyard between the two homes and the gorgeous oasis-style gardens, featuring a unique mini Pickleball court, and a basketball ring for shooting hoops.
The single garage has been converted into the perfect go-to for rainy days with a table tennis table for some friendly competition. For eco-conscious travellers, there is also a power point in the games room for EV charging. There is a single Carport and space for an additional 3 cars in the driveway, with additional parking available on the street.
While the property feels like a secluded world of its own, you’re never far from the action. - Stroll: Take a leisurely walk to the popular local Store Café for your morning coffee. - Explore: A short, easy drive lands you in the heart of Cowes, where you’ll find bustling supermarkets, boutique shopping, and a vibrant dining scene.

The Garden Villa Kitchenette features a bar fridge, electric oven and cook top.

The Waterfront Home Living Room has a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner, a ceiling fan and a coonara wood heater (no wood provided). The Master Suite has a ceiling fan and a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner, while Bedroom 2 and 3 each have a stand-alone heater plus a ceiling fan. There is also a ceiling mounted electric heater in the Balcony.
The Garden Villa has a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner in the Living Room, Bedroom 4 has a ceiling fan & stand alone heater, and Bedroom 5 has a wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioner.

Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
