Kind and cordial staff. Super helpful. Clean room with all the amenities we needed. Gentle on the budget too. Highly recommended

The check in staff was pleasant and helpful. The room that I had, had mold in the shower. The shears that covered the windows were torn though it was hard to see. The hallway from my room to the elevator had a coffee spill that was there for 3 days. The bar drink I ordered was quite expensive but didn’t have alcohol in it. Not the experience I wanted but everything was full due to the baseball tournament. Just about a 4 on a scale of 1-10.

What I liked: Hotel Deco is located close to the Old Market, within walking distance. It's also not too far from the airport. The room was spacious, which was nice. What I didn't like: The hotel needs an upgrade. Seats in the lobby would be nice. The bathroom needs to be gutted. There was nowhere to put toiletries in the shower, and the grout and floor were dirty. There was also no electrical outlet in the bathroom. The Monarch Restaurant seemed dreary, and the one morning we tried to have breakfast there, we were left waiting for a long time. We wound up leaving and finding a better alternative. Overall, this property needs major upgrades. But it is situated well.

Great location around Omaha

The hotel was excellent, very cute, friendly staff, and a great location. It was a great hotel for a girls weekend! The restaurant was less stellar, they were out of espresso, champagne, and waffles on a Saturday morning so I recommend eating elsewhere but the hotel itself was still 5 stars
