The location very near the train was perfect for us. The check in process was easy and the communication with host was excellent. This property was a good value. However the beds were not comfortable. We only stayed one night, so it was fine. There are plenty of cafes and places to shop very close by

Clean, spacious apartment next to the train station. Good location close to lots of amenities and a park. WiFi and good air-con. Only issue was the location is shown incorrectly on Expedia, however the location is still very convenient as Venice is easy to navigate. Good communication from host and everything provided that we needed.

Wish we didn’t have to go to a different location to get the key for check in. It was a good location close to the train station. Plenty of room for the entire family.

The beds where very old sofa bed dirty, broken toilet seat that moved every time we seat down they had a small mattress very used and broken the air conditioning was not working good it was more a fan then a air conditioner but the rest of the apartment was good

Worked well

This place was very convenient and very spacious. It meet all our needs. It is close to the train station. There is also a major stop for all the water transporation nearby so it was easy to get anywhere in Venice. The kitchen was a bit ran down....broken cupboards/ miss matched disagrees dishes. The bathroom was very large and nice. The whole apartment was quite large. The only complaint was trying to find the place. The address on hotels.com isn't correct. The address that is sent to you- if you put it in Google maps it takes you to the wrong destination. They will send you written directions- but you must realized they are not starting from the train station but from the bus/taxi stop. We would definitely stay here again.

The physical property itself was fine overall. The air conditioning that was listed and also discussed in the paperwork that was provided was non existent. There was no air. There was a unit on the wall that did not work. There were fans in the rooms that just rotated hot air. We were absolutely miserable. The windows were left open upon our arrival which led to mosquitos. Not only were we extremely hot, we were all covered in mosquito bites when we woke up in the morning. I reached out to inform the owner that the air wasn’t working and he said he’d send someone out. No one came. I followed up and was informed that they came while we were out but when we returned there was still no air. So I reached out again and was told he couldn’t find the keys in the lockbox which was inaccurate they were placed there when we left and if by chance they came while we were there…then knock on the door. I do not believe anyone was sent out. I requested a partial refund due to the extreme heat and lack of air that was said to exist. The owner then stopped responding. He couldn’t be professional enough to address my request and instead went completely silent. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism and concern shown by this host. I would absolutely NOT recommend this property or any that this owner owns. It felt 1000x better outside in the 70-80 degree weather than it did in the apartment that felt like a sauna with excessive mosquitos.

La struttura era molto funzionale, ben arredata, vicino alla stazione e facile da trovare. Due punti negativi sono stati: ci hanno inviato il codice di ingresso errato (per fortuna un altro inquilino ci ha aperto…e a seguire anche il gestore) e i bagni sono da manutenere (doccino docce rotto, mancano porta saponi, porta tovaglie e le lenzuola singole nel matrimoniale anche no !). Per il resto ci tornerei comunque
