Detached designer villa with private pool and fully enclosed garden. The villa extends over one floor and is characterised by large windows overlooking the garden and a salt swimming pool (4,5 x 9 1,35mt). The location in the countryside, with a view of the Euganean Hills, guarantees peace and tranquillity for guests who can enjoy the garden and swimming pool in absolute privacy. The villa has a large porch of 120 square meters under which to spend pleasant dinners after cooking at the barbecue with sound speaker connectable from any mobile device via bluetooth.   
  
Every detail of this sumptuous villa reflects an uncompromising aesthetic, with designer furnishings, spaciousness and a scenic setting that captures the essence of contemporary luxury. The property is defined as green with zero emissions (passive house), characterised by very high energy performance and a very high level of comfort.  
  
The villa is a creation of the owner, an architect-interior designer, who has taken care of every last detail to give the opsite that feeling of well-being and relaxation that one seeks most when on holiday. Possibility of organising boat trips to Venice.  
  
Despite the quiet location, in just a few minutes by car you can reach the A4 motorway exit, which allows you to quickly reach all the main tourist attractions in the region: art cities such as Venice is 30 minutes away, Vicenza and Padua are 10 minutes away, and Verona is 40 minutes away. About 1 hour away are the seaside resorts of the Adriatic coast, Lake Garda and the Asiago Plateau or the Little Dolomites. In 15 minutes you can reach the spas of Abano Terme Montegrotto.

The interior spaces are all developed on one floor and consist of an open space with kitchen-living room: a well-equipped kitchen with induction hobs, dishwasher and dining table while the living room has a fireplace, smart TV and comfortable sofa to relax on.   
  
The sleeping area has 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles and 1 with two full-size beds, one of which has a bathroom inside. There is a second bathroom 4 x 4 in the corridor.   
  
A laundry room is available for guests. The villa is air-conditioned and has 2 parking spaces covered. Animals are welcome.
