"Man darf keine falschen Erwartungen haben. Dranske hat nicht den Charme der Kaiserbäder auf Usedom oder in Süd/Ost Rügen um Binz und Co. Es ist ziemlich abgelegen. Der Ostseestrand um Dranske ist steinig - dafür mit fantastischem Westblick auf den Sonnenuntergang. (Der Sandstrand an der Schaabe ist mit Auto aber schnell erreicht.) Am Bodden direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine Surfschule mit großem Stehrevier, ideal für Anfänger. Preis/Leistung passt. Lediglich das Doppelbett in unserem Zimmer...

"Schönes sauberes Zimmer, schön ruhig. Leider konnte ich am Anreisetag nicht regulär ins Hotel einchecken. Komplette Sperrung, da ein Stadtlauf war. Es wurden wohl allen Bescheid gesagt, mir leider nicht. Kam auch keine Entschuldigung, nur ....sie wurden wohl übersehen. Ich konnte auch kein Essen nachbuchen. Personalet var helt ukjent med dette! Så det må slettes ellers blir folk lurt,hotellet er ikke behjelpelig med å bestille taxi heller,det må man gjøre selv. Hotellet gjør lite for å beholde de gjestene de har,slett service. Den eneste var den unge damen som tok imot meg ved ankomst. Vil ikke...

"Schimmel, Dreck und dringend nötige Renovierungsarbeiten Bedauerlicherweise war unser Zimmer sehr abgelebt und dreckig. Das Bad war stark verschimmelt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat das Zimmer auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten exemplarisch. Der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Zugang zur Splash-Therme konnte nur wenig über den Zustand des Zimmers hinwegtrösten. Denn auch die Therme müsste dringend renoviert werden."

"Parking was inconvenient. 2 blocks away and very small spaces Apparently we had to book it in advance and pay extra 21 euro per night Rooms were huge, lots of closets, book cases, shoe rack Bathroom drain slow — tiles in shower excellent idea Pommes excellent Child friendly including a playroom Excellent breakfast and excellent service especially at bar and breakfast except one receptionist with little English and poor communication in german — we could not understand about access to free bus and toilet — binzbucht Request for engineer to help with touchy air conditioning that wouldn’t turn on because it thought windows were open was met instantly Should say that air conditioning was weak "

Excellent facility but OMG - the chaos! 

"Room wasn’t ready until well after 6pm. If you allow late checkout on a Sunday then resource the cleaning schedule properly to allow the next guests to get in on time, OR DON’T OFFER A LATE CHECKOUT ON A SUNDAY - it’s really that simple! “Room not ready yet, come back at 4”, “room not ready yet, come back at 5 ‘if you’re lucky” WT actual \*\*\*k!? Then the cleaner took our dog bowl - why would you do that!? Messaged them twice to see if we could pick it up on the way back from our onward journey but they didn’t even have the decency to reply. Really good facility, but unfortunately it would appear that the management couldn’t run a bath, never mind a hotel. A real shame!"
