« The hotel is higher than the parking but there is no elevator. You need to take your luggage by yourself up the stairs. From the stairs to the building there is gravel which prevent you from rolling the luggage. The room is very large and nice but there is no TV. Didn’t bother us as we came in late and went to sleep. The breakfast starts at 9:00 and is good. We had to pay extra for the coffee. »

There are large single family houses with gardens on the street and recreational park some 10 min walk away, it has a cable car which will take you down to the city centre in 2 min. « Bon séjour dans hôtel de standing. Malheureusement j'ai eu un problème (raison pour l'avis négatif sur le service) lors du règlement des extras. La réceptionniste m'a interpellée - après le payement - en m'informant que sa caisse ne jouait pas et en allégeant de m'avoir donc certainement trop rendu. N'ayant pas regarder le change lors qu'il m'a été donné, je lui ai payé ce qui lui manquait selon ses dires, mais crains avoir été trop honnête (et donc avoir payé trop ...). A noter également...

« Giorgi was an incredible host. He was attentive and always available to answer questions. His fluent English made it easy for us to communicate. The room was amazingly clean with a mini fridge that included a freezer enabling me to keep my water ice cold. The attention to detail including providing toiletries, coffee, bathrobe, disposable slippers, bottled water etc made for a very comfortable stay. The location was very convenient to walk to the center and departure points for tours. I loved...

"O am extremely disappointed with this hotel for the following facts: room is noisy, only one table bed and not 2(see photos), when you close your door it is so hard that everybody can hear doors in corridor. The with is this hotel has focussed his strategies welcome groups and me as an individual client you cannot enjoy the breakfast as all tables were taken and I had to go to the bar with a little table to eat. If you want an expresso you need to pay during breakfast ??!!! They claim a 4 star hotel but this is a maximum 3 star. The roof top could me nice but they just put sic plastic chairs. Too bad. I do it recommend this hotel and I wonder why they have got a nice 9.1 review on booking. It s a mistery for me. I will rate maximum 5 having in mind I paid 100€ with breakfast. This is way too expensive. "
