Staff were very helpful with ordering taxis, storing our bags before and after and everything else. Room was immaculate every day and the pool facility was lovely. The adjoining cafe was fantastic as well!

This is a very enjoyable hotel. In the middle of the city center, very quiet and stylish. The breakfast is amazing, with warm food and also options of cereal, yogurt, fruit, cold cuts... Everything! The staff is super helpful, friendly and we had no problem to communicate in English.

Kinda fun, unique, funky hotel. The pool area is in a sunroom, which is super cool. Also, I dig the stairs' open feel, the art, the brightness, and how super clean it was (the cleanest I've ever seen). For some reason, they have wall-to-wall shag carpet in the room, which I couldn't tell before booking, which is a red card for me staying at a hotel. That said, if you don't mind such a thing, you should check this place out. It's in an amazing spot for walking around Varna.

Wonderful hotel, centrally located, great staff, especially the lady at the lobby was extremely helpful and warm. Gym needs love, as it has almost nothing to lift other than cardio stuff. Location is awesome, close to everything in downtown, yet pretty calm area.

Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel was clean, and the location was excellent—close to everything we needed, including restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The only downside was that the pool area looked a bit worn down and not as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. Other than that, everything was very good, and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The "swimmingpool" was out of order during our stay at the hotel. Anyway, it was so small that swimming would not be pleasant. However, the manager took care of our problem and we were given free access to a Spa outside of Varna which offered wonderful indoor and outdoor swimming. The only nuisance was that the location was about 10 km away from the hotel, so we used it only once.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Graffit. Room was very clean and spacious and the staff were helpful and polite. Parking was easy and we were not worried about the car for a few days. Lots of restaurants nearby and a quick walk to the park/beach.

Nice boutique hotel good location. Large comfy rooms very spacious. Breakfast is good the young woman at breakfast is excellent. A little noise from the main road through to the room. Only first two bottles of water is complimentary. I thought they would give each day

Fun and funky design elements in the room, but still comfortable and spacious. Hotel staff was friendly. I had a parking space right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very good. And it was within walking distance of the old town area. I would definitely stay there again.
