The 11-ft vaulted ceiling, full-size kitchen and abundance of natural light are just a few things that make this 565 sqft, one bedroom guesthouse live larger than its footprint. Perfectly located 1.8 miles to Dtwn Vancouver & 15 mins to PDX airport and Portland Oregon; it’s the perfect home base for your stay. My goal with the guesthouse is to provide an affordable price with amenities that go beyond what is typical for the price point and offer this to small groups, couples and solo travelers who want a less expensive option without sacrificing comfort, a convenient location and style. There is only one entrance with keyless entry that will be exclusive to you. The guesthouse is completely separate from the home, so you won’t share any living spaces with the primary home. You’ll also have free street parking in a quiet, residential neighborhood and a paved, well-lit walkway from the street to the guesthouse. The space is perfect for 1-3 guests and allows for up to 4\. The second bed is a very comfortable, brand new pull-out sofa that measures 54”W x 72”H. Two average sized adults can fit, but I’d recommend the Luxury Queen-size bed in the bedroom for those who are 6’+ tall. The house contains all the basic kitchen ammenities, as does the bathrooms.The bed is very comfortable, and i fell in love with the pillows, so much so i bought some for my personal home.The home is a quick drive or walk to breweries and downtown adventures.The only thing i would add, is it is so peaceful you wont want to leave, so bring your own board games or cards as there are none.I will be back to this home again ##### Miranda l. We were playing in a golf tournament at Columbia Edgewater and it was so easy for us to get to and from the golf course at this location. Having a nice quiet place to come to in the evenings allowed us to get plenty of sleep for the next day. Communication with the host was seamless, quick responses with clear instructions. In addition it was minutes from downtown Vancouver and the River Front. The decor was modern with very comfortable furniture. We enjoyed our time there and it was nice and quiet. The only thing anyone should know is that this is in a residential neighborhood and the eating places nearby are bars and taverns. Finding something other the that takes a bit more driving. The Safeway is nearby and had whatever we needed for in house cooking.
